Hinweis vorab: Im folgenden Text wird zur besseren Lesbarkeit meist auf die weibliche Form (oder andere) verzichtet, selbstverständlich sind alle Kolleginnen und Kollegen angesprochen.
Allgemeine Teilnahmevoraussetzung:
Alle Beschäftigten des Finanzministeriums, der Dienststellen des Bayerischen Landesamts für Steuern, der Finanzämter und deren Außenstellen, der Bearbeitungsstellen des FA München, der Finanzgerichte, der Dienststellen des Landesamtes für Finanzen, der Immobilien Freistaat Bayern (IMBY) und des Landesamtes für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (LSI). – Keine Fachoberschüler und Praktikanten! Den Außenstellen der Finanzämter bleibt es freigestellt, ob sie selbständig oder zusammen mit den Stammfinanzämtern antreten wollen. Teilnehmer anderer Ämter, die in den Bereich des Staatsministeriums der Finanzen und für Heimat fallen, können auf Anfrage genehmigt werden.
Sonstige Teilnahmebedingungen:
1. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind nur Mannschaften und Einzelspieler der angemeldeten Dienststellen. Wird bei einem Mannschaftskampf ein Spieler eingesetzt, der nicht Beschäftigter der angemeldeten Dienststelle (der Spielgemeinschaft) ist, wird die betreffende Mannschaft disqualifiziert und darf am Turnier nicht mehr teilnehmen. Jeder Teilnehmer hat sich deshalb vor Beginn der Spiele auf Verlangen durch seinen Personal- oder Dienstausweis auszuweisen. Bei der Anmeldung ist die Dienststelle bzw. der entsprechende bfg-Ortsverband zur Dienststelle anzugeben.
Wechselt ein Spieler innerhalb von sechs Monaten vor dem Sportfest (angefangene Monate werden dabei als voller Monat gerechnet) seine Dienststelle (z.B. durch Versetzung), so hat er ein Wahlrecht, ob er bei Mannschaftswettbewerben als Mitglied seiner alten oder seiner neuen Dienststelle antreten will.
2. Heimatnah ausgebildete Anwärter sind für das Ausbildungsamt startberechtigt.
Fachoberschüler sind von der Teilnahme am Sportfest ausgeschlossen.
Pensionisten sind für ihre letzte Dienststelle startberechtigt.
3. Einsprüche jeder Art müssen sofort nach Beendigung des jeweiligen Spieles bei der jeweiligen Wettkampf-Spielleitung und erst bei Nichteinigung beim Organisationsleiter (Hermann Abele) eingereicht werden. Über den Einspruch wird sofort entschieden.
Die Entscheidung ist unanfechtbar.
4. Jede Mannschaft hat vor dem Wettkampf einen Mannschaftsleiter zu benennen, der allein zur Vertretung seiner Mannschaft berechtigt ist. Er braucht nicht zu den aktiven Spielern gehören. Meldungen nach Ablauf der Meldefrist sind grundsätzlich nicht möglich.
5. Die Zeitpläne der Wettkämpfe werden rechtzeitig vor dem Sportfest auf der Homepage www.bayernturnier.de veröffentlicht.
6. Die Organisationsleitung behält sich vor, Änderungen der Ausschreibung oder der Durchführung aus zeitlichen oder organisatorischen Gründen jederzeit vorzunehmen.
7. Mit der Teilnahme am Bayernturnier gibt jeder Teilnehmer gegebenenfalls ihn oder sie betreffendes Foto- oder Videomaterial pauschal zur Veröffentlichung frei, da eine Einzelabfrage von Veröffentlichungsrechten nicht durchführbar ist. (z.B. bfsh- und bfg-Webseite, Facebook, Instagram und alle anderen internen und externen Medien in Print und online).
8. Für Personen- oder Sachschäden wird seitens des Veranstalters keine Haftung übernommen.
9. Der Veranstalter behält sich eine witterungsbedingte Absage einzelner Sportarten im Vorfeld des jeweiligen Wettkampftages vor. In diesem Fall werden Startgelder auf Antrag in voller Höhe zurückerstattet. Wird ein laufender Wettbewerb aufgrund extremer Witterungsbedingungen unterbrochen, verkürzt oder gar gänzlich abgebrochen, erfolgt keine Rückerstattung oder Ermäßigung der Startgelder. Des Weiteren wird ein darüberhinausgehender Schadensersatz (Reisekosten und dergleichen) ausgeschlossen.
Datenschutzinformation nach Art. 13 Abs. 1 und 2 DSGVO

Für die Einhaltung des Datenschutzes im Rahmen der nachfolgend beschriebenen Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten durch die Bayerische Finanzsporthilfe (BFSH) e.V. ist Gerhard Wipijewski verantwortlich. 2. Inhalt, Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage der Datenverarbeitung
Zur satzungsgemäßen Durchführung der von der BFSH veranstalteten Sportfeste (z. B. Bayernturnier, Drachenbootrennen) erfasst die BFSH nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 b) DSGVO von jedem Teilnehmer die im Anmeldeformular erhobenen Daten und verarbeitet diese personenbezogenen Daten in dem hauseigenen EDV-System. Die personenbezogenen Daten werden dabei durch geeignete technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen vor der Kenntnisnahme Dritter geschützt, soweit nicht eine weitere Verarbeitung durch mit dem Bayernturnier befassten Dritten zwingend erforderlich ist.
3. Übermittlung der Daten an Dritte
Zur Durchführung des Bayernturniers/Drachenbootrennens ist die Weitergabe an Personen (z.B. Disziplinen-Verantwortliche) oder Dienstleister (z.B. Bowling-Center, Zeiterfassung Laufen etc.) erforderlich. Die BFSH händigt die benötigten Daten an diese Personenkreise nur gegen schriftliche Versicherung aus, dass diese nicht zu anderen Zwecken verwendet werden.
4. Veröffentlichung von Teilnehmerdaten
Die BFSH macht die oben genannten Sportveranstaltungen im internen Informationssystem der Dienststellen der teilnahmeberechtigten Ämter bekannt und berichtet in den Mitgliedszeitschriften „DSTG magazin“ und „Mitgliederzeitschrift der Bayerischen Finanzgewerkschaft“, auf den Webseiten www.bayernturnier.de sowie www.finanzgewerkschaft.de und auf den Facebookseiten der bfg und der bfg-Jugend sowie auf der Instagram-Seite der bfg-Jugend und dem YouTube-Kanal der bfg über die Veranstaltungen und Ergebnisse der Wettbewerbe. Dabei können personenbezogene Daten, insbesondere der volle Name, veröffentlicht werden.
5. Dauer der Speicherung
Die erhobenen Daten der Teilnehmer, insbesondere der volle Name, werden zum Erhalt der Historie auf unbestimmte Zeit, jedoch mindestens bis zum Ablauf gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten gespeichert.
6. Rechte der Teilnehmer
Die Teilnehmer haben gegenüber den Verantwortlichen jederzeit das Recht,
• Auskunft über die gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen (Art. 15 DSGVO),
• die unverzügliche Berichtigung unrichtig gespeicherter personenbezogener Daten zu verlangen (Art. 16 DSGVO)
• und die unverzügliche Löschung von nicht mehr benötigten persönlichen Daten zu verlangen bzw. die Sperrung zu verlangen, wenn gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten eine Löschung verhindern (Art. 17 DSGVO). Der einzelne Teilnehmer kann gegenüber der BFSH einer Veröffentlichung seiner Daten jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widersprechen. Im Falle des Widerspruches unterbleiben in Bezug auf den Widersprechenden zukünftige Veröffentlichungen.
1. scope and organizer
1.1 The following terms and conditions of participation apply to the event 62. Bayernturnier (hereinafter referred to as "event").
1.2 The organizer of the respective event is Bayerischer Finanzsportverein e.V. (hereinafter referred to as "organizer", "we" or "us").
1.3 The Terms and Conditions of Participation apply in the version valid at the time of registration and form part of the contract between the Organizer and the participants.
2. Registration, conclusion of contract, participation fees and services
2.1 The subject matter of the contract is the organization of the respective event in accordance with the published announcement.
2.2 Registration shall take place exclusively via the officially advertised registration systems up to the respective stated registration deadline and only as long as the maximum number of participants has not been reached.
2.3 The contract shall come into effect upon receipt of the registration confirmation by email.
2.4 If the maximum number of participants is reached before the registration deadline, the registration shall be closed prematurely. There is no entitlement to participation.
2.5 All information relevant to the event will be sent by email to the address provided during registration in good time before the event.
2.6 Registrations by minors or persons with limited legal capacity may only be made by their legal representatives. A consent and release from liability signed by the legal representative must be submitted before the start of the event. Participation or collection of event documents is only possible in the presence of a legal representative or upon presentation of a corresponding power of attorney.
2.7 The participation fee shown on the registration form shall apply. This fee and fees for additional services must be paid immediately after registration by SEPA direct debit or credit card.
2.8 Withdrawal by the participant - for whatever reason - or a no-show shall not entitle the participant to a refund of the participation fee or other fees. The same applies in the event of exclusion or disqualification.
2.9 Transfer of registration to third parties is excluded, unless otherwise stipulated in the invitation to tender. The collection of event documents by third parties is only possible with written authorization and presentation of the registration confirmation.
2.10 Cancellation of the event (force majeure): If the event cannot be held for reasons of force majeure or official order for which the organizer is not responsible (e.g. severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, terror, war), the starting or participation place can be transferred to a subsequent event, provided there is capacity. Alternatively, the participation fee will be refunded, but not the stated organizational and preparation costs.
2.11 Cancellation or modification of the event: If the event is canceled prematurely for the reasons stated in 2.10 or its implementation is changed (e.g. change of route, schedule adjustment, format change), there is no entitlement to a refund or compensation.
2.12 If the number of participants has to be reduced for official or safety-related reasons, admission will be granted according to the time of receipt of the registration. Affected participants will be informed immediately.
3. Eligibility, rules and health requirements
3.1 Any person who meets the requirements specified in the announcement (e.g. minimum age, qualifications) and is not subject to a participation or starting ban is eligible to participate.
3.2 By registering, the participant acknowledges the applicable event rules, implementation regulations and any relevant association or sports regulations, insofar as these are stated in the invitation to tender.
3.3 Participation is strictly personal. Passing on start numbers, participant IDs or access data will result in exclusion and possibly further sanctions.
3.4 The participant declares that he/she is in good health to take part in the event. In the event of health risks or signs of indisposition, participation must be refrained from or participation must be discontinued immediately.
3.5 In the event of known illnesses or health restrictions that require special medical care, participation is at the participant's own risk, unless expressly prohibited by the organizer in advance.
3.6 The participant is responsible for the proper, functional and safe condition of the equipment, materials or aids used.
3.7 Where provided, start numbers, participant identification or proof of access must be worn or used visibly, unchanged and in accordance with the event rules. Participation or classification may be excluded without valid identification.
3.8 Shortening routes, using unauthorized aids, unauthorized support from third parties and violations of applicable fair play, anti-doping or participation regulations are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
3.9 The instructions of the organizer, its employees and any auxiliary persons employed must be followed at all times.
3.10 On public traffic areas, the relevant legal regulations, in particular the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), shall apply - irrespective of route safety or permits.
4. Disqualification and ban on participation
4.1 Violations of these Conditions of Participation, of event rules or of the organizer's instructions may result in exclusion or disqualification, in particular in the following cases
- unsportsmanlike or grossly disorderly conduct
- violations of rules or participation
- doping or manipulation violations
- unauthorized assistance
- passing on or manipulation of start numbers or participation entitlements
- shortening or unauthorized alteration of the route
- disregard of the organizer's instructions
4.2 The organizer is entitled to impose a temporary or permanent ban on participation in future events in the event of serious or repeated violations.
4.3 Results and rankings will be published. Objections must be made in text form within 24 hours of publication.
5. Image and sound recordings
5.1 Photographs, videos and sound recordings will be made as part of the event.
5.2 The participant agrees that these recordings may be used for editorial, documentary and commercial purposes without restriction in terms of time, space and content.
5.3 The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. In the case of minors, the consent of the legal representative is required.
6. Liability
6.1 The organizer is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health.
6.2 In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
6.3 No liability is assumed for items, equipment or valuables brought along, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
7. Right of withdrawal
A right of withdrawal does not exist in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB.
8. Data protection
8.1 The processing of personal data is carried out for the execution of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
8.2 Result lists and participant lists may - if relevant for the event - contain and be published in particular surname, first name, year of birth, gender, club/team, start number, placings or results.
8.3 Contact details will only be passed on to third parties with express consent.

9. Final provisions
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
9.2 Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
