Terms and conditions of participation
Die nachfolgenden Bedingungen gelten für die Teilnahme
1. Anerkennung der Teilnahmebedingungen
Mit der Absendung des Teilnahmeformulars erkennt der Teilnehmer ausdrücklich und verbindlich die nachfolgenden Teilnahmebedingungen an.
Eine Anmeldebestätigung erfolgt nur per E-Mail.
Die Zahlung der Teilnahmegebühr (sowie des Rechnungsbetrages für evtl. bestellte Zusatzartikel) wird vom Teilnehmer per gewählten Zahlungsmittel vorgenommen, Anmeldungen ohne Zahlungseingang werden nicht berücksichtigt.
Die Wertung der Aktivitäten beginnt ab Anmeldedatum.
Der Teilnehmer verpflichtet sich die aktuell geltenden Corona-Richtlinien einzuhalten und zu befolgen.
Vergünstigte Anmeldekonditionen: Sportler:innen werben Sportler:innen sowie vergünstigte Gruppenanmeldungen, beide Aktionen sind nicht miteinander kombinierbar.
2. Teilnahmeberechtigung
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen ab 14 Jahre. Jüngere Teilnehmer bedürfen der schriftlichen Zustimmung eines Erziehungsberechtigten.

3. Spielregeln und Voraussetzung
Das jeweilige aktuelle Event findet in einem festgelegten Wertungszeitraum statt.
Anmeldung als Läufer, Walker, Wanderer in der Kategorie
- 1) "Erlebnis" Teilnehmer: Jede 5km sind ein Los in der Tombola/ max. jedoch 10km pro Tag
- 2) "Ergebnis" Teilnehmer: Erstes Los bei 10km, danach jede 5km pro Aktivität pro Tag sind ein Los in der Tombola (keine Begrenzung)
Zusatzoption für Teilnehmer der Kategorie 1) u. 2):
- 4) Speedwertung auf der traditionellen BLL 10K Strecke Murnau (Altersbezogene Zeitwertung für Zusatzpreise)

Anmeldung als Rollstuhlfahrer:in bzw. Läufer:in mit Handicap in der Kategorie
- 3) "Rolli/ Läufer:in mit Handicap": Jede 2,5km sind ein Los in der Tombola (keine Begrenzung)
Je nach Ausschreibung werden Zusatzwertungen für die aktivsten Teilnehmer oder auch für die schnellsten Teilnehmer durchgeführt.
Es werden nur Teilnehmer akzeptiert, die sich auf der Website registriert, für das aktuelle Event angemeldet haben und die technischen Voraussetzungen für eine Teilnahme erfüllen.
Die Aktivität muss aus der eigenen Muskelkraft Outdoor erfolgen, externe Hilfen jeglicher Art sind nicht erlaubt. Laufbandergebnisse und Aktivitäten mit Skiern sind ausgeschlossen.
Die Aktivität ist nach Beendigung zeitnah hochzuladen!
4. Gewinn und Gewinnbenachrichtigung
Die Übergabe der Gewinne und Preise erfolgt mehrere Tage nach Veranstaltungsende in Murnau im Rahmen einer "Tombola- und Siegerehrung", ggf. weitere Veranstaltung in Augsburg. Info rechtzeitig auf der Webseite, zusätzlich werden alle Teilnehmer per E-Mail über Termin und Ort informiert. Die Sieger der Auswahlpreise werden ebenfalls per Email informiert.
Gewinner*innen, die nicht persönlich teilnehmen, können ihre Preise zurücklegen (ggf. gibt es noch weitere Optionen) oder durch einen Vertreter abholen lassen, durch Info an den Veranstalter bis einen Tag vor dieser Veranstaltung! per Email (info@blaueslandlaeuft.de).
Wenn keine Info vorliegt, kann der Veranstalter frei über diese Preise verfügen.
Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen. Eine Barauszahlung der Sachpreise sowie Auszahlung in anderen Sachwerten oder Tausch des Gewinns ist nicht möglich. Der Gewinn ist nicht auf andere Personen übertragbar.
5. Haftung
Der Veranstalter ist stets bemüht, korrekte Angaben im Internet zu machen. Eine Haftung für Fehlaussagen oder technisch bedingte Fehler im Zusammenhang mit der Gewinnentscheidung ist ausgeschlossen. Für etwaige Schäden kann der Veranstalter nur haftbar gemacht werden, wenn diese aufgrund eines Verschuldens des Veranstalters erfolgen.
6. Veröffentlichung der Gewinner*innen, Datenschutz
Der Teilnehmer (m/w) erklärt sich durch seine Teilnahme unentgeltlich und unwiderruflich damit einverstanden, dass sein Name, seine E-Mail-Adresse und sein Foto vom Veranstalter zu Werbezwecken und für redaktionelle Zwecke verwendet werden dürfen. Die von dem Teilnehmer*innen angegebenen persönlichen Daten werden weder an Dritte weitergegeben noch Werbepartnern der oben genannten Veranstalter zur Verfügung gestellt.
7. Ausschluss von der Teilnahme
Bei einem Verstoß gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen behält sich der Veranstalter das Recht vor, Teilnehmer*innen vom Event auszuschließen. Weiterhin behält sich der Veranstalter das Recht vor, Teilnehmer*innen auszuschließen, die sich unerlaubter Hilfsmittel bedienen (z.B. Skier, Nutzung einer motorisierten oder elektrischen Hilfe) oder sich anderweitig durch Manipulation Vorteile verschaffen.
Weiterhin können unwahre Personenangaben und der Einsatz von „Fake- Profilen“ zum Ausschluss führen. Gegebenenfalls kann in diesen Fällen der Gewinn aberkannt und/oder zurückgefordert werden.
8. Vorzeitige Beendigung des Wettbewerbs
Der Veranstalter ist berechtigt, den Wettbewerb vorzeitig abzubrechen, auszusetzen oder zu verändern, wenn unvorhergesehene, außerhalb des Einflussbereichs des Veranstalters liegende Umstände eintreten, die die ursprüngliche Durchführung erschweren oder für den Veranstalter unzumutbar machen. Hierzu gehören insbesondere, jedoch nicht abschließend, das nicht gestattete Eingreifen Dritter, technische Probleme mit Hard- oder Software, die außerhalb des Machtbereichs des Veranstalters liegen sowie Rechtsverletzungen, die im unmittelbaren Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung des Wettbewerbs stehen, hier insbesondere das manipulative Nutzen von mehreren E- Mail Adressen bzw. die fortgesetzte Begehung von Persönlichkeitsverletzungen zu Lasten anderer Teilnehmer und/oder des Veranstalters.
9. Mit der Teilnahme wird der Haftungsausschluss des Veranstalters für Schäden jeder Art anerkannt. Dazu gehören auch Ansprüche wegen Schäden und Verletzungen jeder Art, die durch die Teilnahme am Lauf entstehen können. Dieser Haftungsausschluss gilt auch für Begleitpersonen.
Bei der Wertung der Aktivitäten bewegt sich der Teilnehmer grundsätzlich auf frei gewählten Strecken, die seiner Verantwortung unterliegen.
Bei der vorgegebenen 10km Strecke zur Wertung der Schnellsten (Kat. 4) handelt es sich nicht um eine durchgängig freie Wegstrecke, sondern teilweise auf öffentlichen Straßen, wo dem Fahrzeugverkehr sowie anderen Verkehrsteilnehmern Vorrang vor dem Wettkampziel eingeräumt werden muss!
10. Der Gesundheitszustand des Teilnehmers muss für die gewählte Kategorie ausreichend sein, ggf. muss eine ärztliche Bestätigung eingeholt werden.
11. Der Teilnehmer ist einverstanden, dass die in seiner Anmeldung genannten Daten zu Zwecken der Lauforganisation maschinell gespeichert werden und Fotos in fotomechanischen Vervielfältigungen ohne Vergütungsanspruch genutzt werden dürfen.
12. Rechtsweg
Der Rechtsweg ist für die Durchführung des Events, die Gewinnentscheidung und die Gewinnvergabe ausgeschlossen.
1. scope and organizer
1.1 The following terms and conditions of participation apply to the event Blaues Land läuft: Christmas Challenge 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "event").
1.2 The organizer of the respective event is Blaues Land läuft GbR (hereinafter referred to as "organizer", "we" or "us").
1.3 The Terms and Conditions of Participation apply in the version valid at the time of registration and form part of the contract between the Organizer and the participants.
2. Registration, conclusion of contract, participation fees and services
2.1 The subject matter of the contract is the organization of the respective event in accordance with the published announcement.
2.2 Registration shall take place exclusively via the officially advertised registration systems up to the respective stated registration deadline and only as long as the maximum number of participants has not been reached.
2.3 The contract shall come into effect upon receipt of the registration confirmation by email.
2.4 If the maximum number of participants is reached before the registration deadline, the registration shall be closed prematurely. There is no entitlement to participation.
2.5 All information relevant to the event will be sent by email to the address provided during registration in good time before the event.
2.6 Registrations by minors or persons with limited legal capacity may only be made by their legal representatives. A consent and release from liability signed by the legal representative must be submitted before the start of the event. Participation or collection of event documents is only possible in the presence of a legal representative or upon presentation of a corresponding power of attorney.
2.7 The participation fee shown on the registration form shall apply. This fee and fees for additional services must be paid immediately after registration by SEPA direct debit or credit card.
2.8 Withdrawal by the participant - for whatever reason - or a no-show shall not entitle the participant to a refund of the participation fee or other fees. The same applies in the event of exclusion or disqualification.
2.9 Transfer of registration to third parties is excluded, unless otherwise stipulated in the invitation to tender. The collection of event documents by third parties is only possible with written authorization and presentation of the registration confirmation.
2.10 Cancellation of the event (force majeure): If the event cannot be held for reasons of force majeure or official order for which the organizer is not responsible (e.g. severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, terror, war), the starting or participation place can be transferred to a subsequent event, provided there is capacity. Alternatively, the participation fee will be refunded, but not the stated organizational and preparation costs.
2.11 Cancellation or modification of the event: If the event is canceled prematurely for the reasons stated in 2.10 or its implementation is changed (e.g. change of route, schedule adjustment, format change), there is no entitlement to a refund or compensation.
2.12 If the number of participants has to be reduced for official or safety-related reasons, admission will be granted according to the time of receipt of the registration. Affected participants will be informed immediately.
3. Eligibility, rules and health requirements
3.1 Any person who meets the requirements specified in the announcement (e.g. minimum age, qualifications) and is not subject to a participation or starting ban is eligible to participate.
3.2 By registering, the participant acknowledges the applicable event rules, implementation regulations and any relevant association or sports regulations, insofar as these are stated in the invitation to tender.
3.3 Participation is strictly personal. Passing on start numbers, participant IDs or access data will result in exclusion and possibly further sanctions.
3.4 The participant declares that he/she is in good health to take part in the event. In the event of health risks or signs of indisposition, participation must be refrained from or participation must be discontinued immediately.
3.5 In the event of known illnesses or health restrictions that require special medical care, participation is at the participant's own risk, unless expressly prohibited by the organizer in advance.
3.6 The participant is responsible for the proper, functional and safe condition of the equipment, materials or aids used.
3.7 Where provided, start numbers, participant identification or proof of access must be worn or used visibly, unchanged and in accordance with the event rules. Participation or classification may be excluded without valid identification.
3.8 Shortening routes, using unauthorized aids, unauthorized support from third parties and violations of applicable fair play, anti-doping or participation regulations are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
3.9 The instructions of the organizer, its employees and any auxiliary persons employed must be followed at all times.
3.10 On public traffic areas, the relevant legal regulations, in particular the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), shall apply - irrespective of route safety or permits.
4. Disqualification and ban on participation
4.1 Violations of these Conditions of Participation, of event rules or of the organizer's instructions may result in exclusion or disqualification, in particular in the following cases
- unsportsmanlike or grossly disorderly conduct
- violations of rules or participation
- doping or manipulation violations
- unauthorized assistance
- passing on or manipulation of start numbers or participation entitlements
- shortening or unauthorized alteration of the route
- disregard of the organizer's instructions
4.2 The organizer is entitled to impose a temporary or permanent ban on participation in future events in the event of serious or repeated violations.
4.3 Results and rankings will be published. Objections must be made in text form within 24 hours of publication.
5. Image and sound recordings
5.1 Photographs, videos and sound recordings will be made as part of the event.
5.2 The participant agrees that these recordings may be used for editorial, documentary and commercial purposes without restriction in terms of time, space and content.
5.3 The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. In the case of minors, the consent of the legal representative is required.
6. Liability
6.1 The organizer is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health.
6.2 In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
6.3 No liability is assumed for items, equipment or valuables brought along, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
7. Right of withdrawal
A right of withdrawal does not exist in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB.
8. Data protection
8.1 The processing of personal data is carried out for the execution of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
8.2 Result lists and participant lists may - if relevant for the event - contain and be published in particular surname, first name, year of birth, gender, club/team, start number, placings or results.
8.3 Contact details will only be passed on to third parties with express consent.

9. Final provisions
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
9.2 Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
