Teilnahmebedingungen
1. Anmeldung und Vertragsabschluss
1.1 Durch das Ausfüllen und Absenden des offiziellen Online-Formulars erklärt der Teilnehmer bzw. dessen gesetzlicher Vertreter verbindlich das Interesse am Abschluss eines Teilnahmevertrags mit dem Bayerischen Triathlon-Verband e.V. (BTV).
1.2 Ein rechtsgültiger Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald der BTV die Anmeldung in Textform bestätigt. Voraussetzung hierfür ist der fristgerechte Eingang der Anmeldung beim BTV.
1.3 Vertragspartner des BTV ist stets der Teilnehmer bzw. dessen gesetzlicher Vertreter.
1.4 Mit dem Absenden der Anmeldung akzeptieren Teilnehmer bzw. deren gesetzliche Vertreter die geltenden Teilnahmebedingungen des BTV in vollem Umfang.
1.5 Mit der Buchung eines Angebots entsteht ein verbindlicher Anspruch auf einen Platz, vorausgesetzt die Teilnahmegebühr wird rechtzeitig entrichtet. Bei einer späteren Stornierung oder einem unentschuldigten Fernbleiben behält sich der BTV vor, gemäß der jeweils gültigen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) eine Stornogebühr zu erheben.
2. Teilnahmevoraussetzungen
2.1 Die jeweils gültige Ausschreibung gilt mit der Anmeldung als anerkannt.
2.2 Alle in der Ausschreibung genannten Voraussetzungen sind verbindlich einzuhalten. Wird gegen diese verstoßen, kann ein Ausschluss vor oder während des Angebots erfolgen, ohne Anspruch auf Rückzahlung bereits geleisteter Beträge.
3. Kosten
3.1 Die Höhe der Teilnahmegebühren richtet sich nach den jeweiligen Ausschreibungen. Eine Rechnung wird dem Teilnehmer zur Verfügung gestellt.
3.2 Zusätzliche Leistungen wie Verpflegung oder Exkursionen, die nicht in der Teilnahmegebühr enthalten sind, werden separat vom Teilnehmer direkt an den jeweiligen Anbieter gezahlt.
4. Zahlungsmodalitäten
4.1 Alle in der Ausschreibung genannten Zahlungsfristen sind verbindlich. Bei Nichteinhaltung kann der Anspruch auf Teilnahme entfallen. Der BTV informiert darüber rechtzeitig. Eine Rückerstattung bereits geleisteter Zahlungen erfolgt in diesem Fall nicht.
4.2 Der BTV akzeptiert folgende Zahlungsmethoden:

Lastschriftverfahren
4.3 Bei Rücklastschriften werden entstandene Bankgebühren sowie eine Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 5,00 Euro dem Teilnehmer in Rechnung gestellt.
5. Rücktritt durch den Teilnehmer
5.1 Der Teilnehmer kann jederzeit vor Beginn des Angebots vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Der Rücktritt muss schriftlich oder in Textform erfolgen und wird mit Eingang beim BTV wirksam. Für die Fristwahrung zählt das Eingangsdatum der E-Mail.
5.2 Erfolgt der Rücktritt nach Beginn des Angebots, entfällt jeglicher Anspruch auf Rückerstattung der Teilnahmegebühren.
5.3 Bei Rücktritt oder Nichterscheinen aus Gründen, die nicht vom BTV zu vertreten sind, kann der Verband eine angemessene Entschädigung verlangen. Diese wird unter Berücksichtigung ersparter Aufwendungen und einer möglichen anderweitigen Vergabe des Platzes berechnet:
Rücktritt 29–56 Tage vor Beginn: 25 % der Teilnahmegebühr
Rücktritt 8–28 Tage vor Beginn: 50 % der Teilnahmegebühr
Rücktritt 1–7 Tage vor Beginn: 70 % der Teilnahmegebühr
Rücktritt am Veranstaltungstag oder unentschuldigtes Fernbleiben: 100 % der Gebühr
Auch bei einem Ausschluss wegen verspätetem Erscheinen ist die Rücktrittsgebühr zu zahlen. Es bleibt dem Teilnehmer unbenommen, nachzuweisen, dass ein geringerer oder kein Schaden entstanden ist.
6. Absage oder Ausschluss durch den BTV
6.1 Der BTV behält sich das Recht vor, eine Veranstaltung kurzfristig abzusagen, zu verlegen oder zu verschieben, wenn
6.1.1 ungünstige Witterungsbedingungen die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung gefährden,
6.1.2 eine wirtschaftlich vertretbare Durchführung nicht möglich ist (z. B. bei Nichterreichen der in der Ausschreibung genannten Mindestteilnehmerzahl).
6.2 Im Falle einer Absage durch den BTV werden bereits bezahlte Beiträge vollständig rückerstattet.
6.3 Ein Ausschluss einzelner Teilnehmer ist möglich, wenn deren Verhalten eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung erheblich beeinträchtigt (z. B. durch Störungen, Missachtung von Anweisungen oder verspätetes Erscheinen). In diesen Fällen erfolgt keine Rückerstattung gezahlter Beiträge.
7. Haftung
Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Der BTV übernimmt keine Haftung für Unfälle oder Schäden im Zusammenhang mit dem Angebot, sofern diese nicht auf vorsätzliches oder grob fahrlässiges Verhalten des BTV oder seiner Erfüllungsgehilfen zurückzuführen sind.
Bei Schäden an Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit haftet der BTV uneingeschränkt, sofern diese auf fahrlässigem oder vorsätzlichem Handeln seiner gesetzlichen Vertreter oder Erfüllungsgehilfen beruhen. Für alle weiteren Schäden ist die Haftung auf Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt und maximal auf das Doppelte der Teilnahmegebühr begrenzt.
Die Verantwortung für ausreichenden Versicherungsschutz liegt beim Teilnehmer selbst.
8. Änderungen von Leistungen und Preisen
Änderungen einzelner Leistungen sind zulässig, wenn sie nach Vertragsschluss notwendig werden und den Gesamtzuschnitt der Veranstaltung nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigen. Der BTV behält sich insbesondere vor, den Einsatz von anderen qualifizierten Lehrkräften vorzunehmen, als in der Ausschreibung namentlich genannt.
9. Salvatorische Klausel
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieses Vertrages unwirksam oder undurchführbar sein oder werden, bleibt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Regelungen davon unberührt.
10. Gerichtsstand
Soweit der Teilnehmer keinen Wohnsitz im Inland hat, ist ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand für alle Streitigkeiten aus diesem Vertragsverhältnis Nürnberg.

1. scope and organizer
1.1 The following terms and conditions of participation apply to the event BTV JUGEND-CAMP PFINGSTEN 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "event").
1.2 The organizer of the respective event is Bayerischer Triathlon Verband e.V. (hereinafter referred to as "organizer", "we" or "us").
1.3 The Terms and Conditions of Participation apply in the version valid at the time of registration and form part of the contract between the Organizer and the participants.
2. Registration, conclusion of contract, participation fees and services
2.1 The subject matter of the contract is the organization of the respective event in accordance with the published announcement.
2.2 Registration shall take place exclusively via the officially advertised registration systems up to the respective stated registration deadline and only as long as the maximum number of participants has not been reached.
2.3 The contract shall come into effect upon receipt of the registration confirmation by email.
2.4 If the maximum number of participants is reached before the registration deadline, the registration shall be closed prematurely. There is no entitlement to participation.
2.5 All information relevant to the event will be sent by email to the address provided during registration in good time before the event.
2.6 Registrations by minors or persons with limited legal capacity may only be made by their legal representatives. A consent and release from liability signed by the legal representative must be submitted before the start of the event. Participation or collection of event documents is only possible in the presence of a legal representative or upon presentation of a corresponding power of attorney.
2.7 The participation fee shown on the registration form shall apply. This fee and fees for additional services must be paid immediately after registration by SEPA direct debit or credit card.
2.8 Withdrawal by the participant - for whatever reason - or a no-show shall not entitle the participant to a refund of the participation fee or other fees. The same applies in the event of exclusion or disqualification.
2.9 Transfer of registration to third parties is excluded, unless otherwise stipulated in the invitation to tender. The collection of event documents by third parties is only possible with written authorization and presentation of the registration confirmation.
2.10 Cancellation of the event (force majeure): If the event cannot be held for reasons of force majeure or official order for which the organizer is not responsible (e.g. severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, terror, war), the starting or participation place can be transferred to a subsequent event, provided there is capacity. Alternatively, the participation fee will be refunded, but not the stated organizational and preparation costs.
2.11 Cancellation or modification of the event: If the event is canceled prematurely for the reasons stated in 2.10 or its implementation is changed (e.g. change of route, schedule adjustment, format change), there is no entitlement to a refund or compensation.
2.12 If the number of participants has to be reduced for official or safety-related reasons, admission will be granted according to the time of receipt of the registration. Affected participants will be informed immediately.
3. Eligibility, rules and health requirements
3.1 Any person who meets the requirements specified in the announcement (e.g. minimum age, qualifications) and is not subject to a participation or starting ban is eligible to participate.
3.2 By registering, the participant acknowledges the applicable event rules, implementation regulations and any relevant association or sports regulations, insofar as these are stated in the invitation to tender.
3.3 Participation is strictly personal. Passing on start numbers, participant IDs or access data will result in exclusion and possibly further sanctions.
3.4 The participant declares that he/she is in good health to take part in the event. In the event of health risks or signs of indisposition, participation must be refrained from or participation must be discontinued immediately.
3.5 In the event of known illnesses or health restrictions that require special medical care, participation is at the participant's own risk, unless expressly prohibited by the organizer in advance.
3.6 The participant is responsible for the proper, functional and safe condition of the equipment, materials or aids used.
3.7 Where provided, start numbers, participant identification or proof of access must be worn or used visibly, unchanged and in accordance with the event rules. Participation or classification may be excluded without valid identification.
3.8 Shortening routes, using unauthorized aids, unauthorized support from third parties and violations of applicable fair play, anti-doping or participation regulations are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
3.9 The instructions of the organizer, its employees and any auxiliary persons employed must be followed at all times.
3.10 On public traffic areas, the relevant legal regulations, in particular the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), shall apply - irrespective of route safety or permits.
4. Disqualification and ban on participation
4.1 Violations of these Conditions of Participation, of event rules or of the organizer's instructions may result in exclusion or disqualification, in particular in the following cases
- unsportsmanlike or grossly disorderly conduct
- violations of rules or participation
- doping or manipulation violations
- unauthorized assistance
- passing on or manipulation of start numbers or participation entitlements
- shortening or unauthorized alteration of the route
- disregard of the organizer's instructions
4.2 The organizer is entitled to impose a temporary or permanent ban on participation in future events in the event of serious or repeated violations.
4.3 Results and rankings will be published. Objections must be made in text form within 24 hours of publication.
5. Image and sound recordings
5.1 Photographs, videos and sound recordings will be made as part of the event.
5.2 The participant agrees that these recordings may be used for editorial, documentary and commercial purposes without restriction in terms of time, space and content.
5.3 The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. In the case of minors, the consent of the legal representative is required.
6. Liability
6.1 The organizer is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health.
6.2 In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
6.3 No liability is assumed for items, equipment or valuables brought along, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
7. Right of withdrawal
A right of withdrawal does not exist in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB.
8. Data protection
8.1 The processing of personal data is carried out for the execution of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
8.2 Result lists and participant lists may - if relevant for the event - contain and be published in particular surname, first name, year of birth, gender, club/team, start number, placings or results.
8.3 Contact details will only be passed on to third parties with express consent.

9. Final provisions
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
9.2 Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
