Teilnahmebedingungen und Haftungsausschluss
1. First come, first serve: Wir haben begrenzte Anzahl an Startplätzen für euch. Daher rasch anmelden!
2. Sollte es am Renntag noch freie Startplätze geben, ist auch eine Nachnennung möglich.
3. Bitte beachte, dass das Startgeld, egal aus welchem Grund nicht rückerstattet werden kann.
4. Das Rennen findet bei jeder Witterung statt.
5. Zugelassen sind Räder jeglicher Art, ausgenommen E-Bikes.
6. Es besteht während der gesamten Veranstaltung Helmpflicht! Nichtbeachtung führt zur Disqualifikation.
7. Die Startnummer ist stets gut leserlich an der dafür vorgesehenen Stelle anzubringen, ansonsten erfolgt keine Wertung.
8. Achtung: Die Straße ist für den Verkehr nicht gesperrt. Halte dich an die StVO und benutze stets die rechte Fahrbahnseite.
9. Auch wenn du dich in einem Rennen befindest, denke daran, dass deine eigene Sicherheit und die anderer Verkehrsteilnehmer immer oberste Priorität hat!
10. Solltest du nach dem Rennen wieder zum Start fahren, achte bitte auf nachfolgende Starter! Es gibt vom Ziel zum Start nur eine Abfahrtsmöglichkeit, nämlich über die Rennstrecke.
11. Denke daran, dass es nach der Siegerehrung bereits dunkel ist, und du bei der Abfahrt mit dem Rad unbedingt eine ausreichende Beleuchtung benötigst!
12. Das Ziel befindet sich in einer Sackgasse, eine Anreise mit dem Auto zum Ziel während dem Rennen solltest du unbedingt vermeiden, auch wenn dort im Anschluss die Siegerehrung stattfindet.
Haftungsausschluss für die Teilnahme am DACHSTEINBLICK-BERGZEITFAHREN
1. ALLGEMEIN
Hinsichtlich meiner Teilnahme am DACHSTEINBLICK-BERGZEITFAHREN erkenne ich den Haftungsausschluss der Veranstalter für Schäden jeder Art an. Ich erkläre, dass ich für die Teilnahme als Athlet an diesem Wettbewerb ausreichend trainiert habe und körperlich gesund bin. Ich bin selber ausreichend Haftpflicht versichert. Ferner erkläre ich, dass ich mir bewusst bin, für meine körperliche Unversehrtheit, meine persönlichen Besitzgegenstände und sportliche Ausrüstung die alleinige Verantwortung zu tragen. Ich bin mir bewusst, dass die Straßenverkehrsordnung zu jedem Zeitpunkt der Veranstaltung einzuhalten ist.
Hiermit stelle ich den Radsportverein BistroBox-Racing, sämtliche Mitarbeiter und Helfer desselben, insbesondere aber nicht ausschließlich die Organisatoren und Kampfrichter, von sämtlichen Haftungsansprüchen frei, sofern diese nicht über die gesetzliche Haftpflicht gedeckt sind. Eingeschlossen sind hierin sämtliche unmittelbaren und mittelbaren Schäden sowie sämtliche Ansprüche, die ich oder meine Erben oder sonstige berechtigte Dritte aufgrund von Verletzungen oder im Todesfall geltend machen könnten. Auch stelle ich dieselben von jeglicher Haftung gegenüber Dritten frei, soweit es Schäden betrifft, die Dritte infolge meiner Teilnahme an oben genannten Ereignissen erleiden.
Ich werde weder gegen die Veranstalter noch gegen die Sponsoren oder deren Vertreter Ansprüche wegen Schäden und Verletzungen jeder Art stellen, die durch meine Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung entstehen könnten. Dies betrifft ebenso Ansprüche bei Tod, Verletzung, Diebstahl sowie Eigentums- und sonstige Schäden, die während obig genannter Veranstaltung selbst, sowie bei meiner Hin- und Rückreise und während der jeweiligen Aufenthalte entstehen sollten.
Die im Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme am Rennen gemachten Fotos, Filmaufnahmen, Videos u.a. sowie Interviews im Rundfunk, Fernsehen, Werbung und Büchern dürfen vom Veranstalter ohne Vergütungsansprüche und ohne zeitliche und räumliche Begrenzung genutzt werden.(Hinweis lt. Datenschutzgesetz: Ihre Daten werden maschinell gespeichert.)
2. SONDERBESTIMMUNGEN FÜR ATHLETEN:
Ich anerkenne die bzw. unterwerfe mich ausdrücklich den Bestimmungen des Österreichischen Anti-Doping Bundesgesetzes (ADBG) in der jeweils geltenden Fassung sowie den Anti-Doping-Bestimmungen der World Anti Doping Agency (WADA), der UCI bzw. des Internationalen Olympischen Comités (IOC).
Ich bin mir bewusst, an einer Radsportveranstaltung teilzunehmen, bei der Antidopingkontrollen gemäß dem Anti-Doping-Bundesgesetz (ADBG) in der geltenden Fassung bzw. nach dem Antidoping-Reglement des ÖRV, der UCI und der UEC durchgeführt werden können. Ich bin einverstanden, mich solchen zu unterziehen. Ich akzeptiere weiters, dass die Analyseresultate publiziert und meinem Klub/meiner Mannschaft/meiner Sportgruppe oder meinem Betreuer oder Arzt im Detail mitgeteilt werden. Ich verpflichte mich, Einsprüche der NADA bzw. dem CAS vorzulegen. Ich akzeptiere, dass das CAS das Urteil in letzter Instanz ausspricht.
Streichungen und Zusätze auf diesem Formular sind gegenstandslos. Die Verweigerung der Unterschrift auf diesem Formular bzw. die Zustimmung des Inhaltes im Zuge der Anmeldung machen eine Teilnahme am DACHSTEINBLICK-BERGZEITFAHREN unmöglich bzw. ungültig.
Ich erkläre, dass ich die vorgenannten Bedingungen ausführlich gelesen und verstanden habe und mit deren Inhalt ausdrücklich einverstanden bin.
1. scope and organizer
1.1 The following terms and conditions of participation apply to the event Dachsteinblick-Bergzeitfahren 2025 powered by BistroBox (hereinafter referred to as "event").
1.2 The organizer of the respective event is BistroBox Racing (hereinafter referred to as "organizer", "we" or "us").
1.3 The Terms and Conditions of Participation apply in the version valid at the time of registration and form part of the contract between the Organizer and the participants.
2. Registration, conclusion of contract, participation fees and services
2.1 The subject matter of the contract is the organization of the respective event in accordance with the published announcement.
2.2 Registration shall take place exclusively via the officially advertised registration systems up to the respective stated registration deadline and only as long as the maximum number of participants has not been reached.
2.3 The contract shall come into effect upon receipt of the registration confirmation by email.
2.4 If the maximum number of participants is reached before the registration deadline, the registration shall be closed prematurely. There is no entitlement to participation.
2.5 All information relevant to the event will be sent by email to the address provided during registration in good time before the event.
2.6 Registrations by minors or persons with limited legal capacity may only be made by their legal representatives. A consent and release from liability signed by the legal representative must be submitted before the start of the event. Participation or collection of event documents is only possible in the presence of a legal representative or upon presentation of a corresponding power of attorney.
2.7 The participation fee shown on the registration form shall apply. This fee and fees for additional services must be paid immediately after registration by SEPA direct debit or credit card.
2.8 Withdrawal by the participant - for whatever reason - or a no-show shall not entitle the participant to a refund of the participation fee or other fees. The same applies in the event of exclusion or disqualification.
2.9 Transfer of registration to third parties is excluded, unless otherwise stipulated in the invitation to tender. The collection of event documents by third parties is only possible with written authorization and presentation of the registration confirmation.
2.10 Cancellation of the event (force majeure): If the event cannot be held for reasons of force majeure or official order for which the organizer is not responsible (e.g. severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, terror, war), the starting or participation place can be transferred to a subsequent event, provided there is capacity. Alternatively, the participation fee will be refunded, but not the stated organizational and preparation costs.
2.11 Cancellation or modification of the event: If the event is canceled prematurely for the reasons stated in 2.10 or its implementation is changed (e.g. change of route, schedule adjustment, format change), there is no entitlement to a refund or compensation.
2.12 If the number of participants has to be reduced for official or safety-related reasons, admission will be granted according to the time of receipt of the registration. Affected participants will be informed immediately.
3. Eligibility, rules and health requirements
3.1 Any person who meets the requirements specified in the announcement (e.g. minimum age, qualifications) and is not subject to a participation or starting ban is eligible to participate.
3.2 By registering, the participant acknowledges the applicable event rules, implementation regulations and any relevant association or sports regulations, insofar as these are stated in the invitation to tender.
3.3 Participation is strictly personal. Passing on start numbers, participant IDs or access data will result in exclusion and possibly further sanctions.
3.4 The participant declares that he/she is in good health to take part in the event. In the event of health risks or signs of indisposition, participation must be refrained from or participation must be discontinued immediately.
3.5 In the event of known illnesses or health restrictions that require special medical care, participation is at the participant's own risk, unless expressly prohibited by the organizer in advance.
3.6 The participant is responsible for the proper, functional and safe condition of the equipment, materials or aids used.
3.7 Where provided, start numbers, participant identification or proof of access must be worn or used visibly, unchanged and in accordance with the event rules. Participation or classification may be excluded without valid identification.
3.8 Shortening routes, using unauthorized aids, unauthorized support from third parties and violations of applicable fair play, anti-doping or participation regulations are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
3.9 The instructions of the organizer, its employees and any auxiliary persons employed must be followed at all times.
3.10 On public traffic areas, the relevant legal regulations, in particular the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), shall apply - irrespective of route safety or permits.
4. Disqualification and ban on participation
4.1 Violations of these Conditions of Participation, of event rules or of the organizer's instructions may result in exclusion or disqualification, in particular in the following cases
- unsportsmanlike or grossly disorderly conduct
- violations of rules or participation
- doping or manipulation violations
- unauthorized assistance
- passing on or manipulation of start numbers or participation entitlements
- shortening or unauthorized alteration of the route
- disregard of the organizer's instructions
4.2 The organizer is entitled to impose a temporary or permanent ban on participation in future events in the event of serious or repeated violations.
4.3 Results and rankings will be published. Objections must be made in text form within 24 hours of publication.
5. Image and sound recordings
5.1 Photographs, videos and sound recordings will be made as part of the event.
5.2 The participant agrees that these recordings may be used for editorial, documentary and commercial purposes without restriction in terms of time, space and content.
5.3 The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. In the case of minors, the consent of the legal representative is required.
6. Liability
6.1 The organizer is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health.
6.2 In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
6.3 No liability is assumed for items, equipment or valuables brought along, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
7. Right of withdrawal
A right of withdrawal does not exist in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB.
8. Data protection
8.1 The processing of personal data is carried out for the execution of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
8.2 Result lists and participant lists may - if relevant for the event - contain and be published in particular surname, first name, year of birth, gender, club/team, start number, placings or results.
8.3 Contact details will only be passed on to third parties with express consent.

9. Final provisions
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
9.2 Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
