Haftung:
Bei der Abholung der Startunterlagen erhält jeder Teilnehmer eine Haftungsausschluss Erklärung zum Unterschreiben. Mit seiner Unterschrift erklärt sich der Teilnehmer bereit auf eigenes Risiko teilzunehmen und gegen etwaige Unfälle ausreichend versichert zu sein. Außerdem erklärt jeder Teilnehmer mit Antritt zur Veranstaltung, dass keine gesundheitlichen Bedenken gegen die Teilnahme bestehen und sein konditionelles Leistungsniveau den Anforderungen eines solchen Ausdauerwettkampfes entspricht. Zudem verzichtet der Teilnehmer auf jedes Recht des Vorgehens gegenüber Personen, die mit der Veranstaltung betraut sind. Der Teilnehmer erklärt sich auch damit einverstanden, dass entstandenes Bildmaterial aus der Rennveranstaltung veröffentlich werden darf (Einwilligung nach Art.6 Abs.1 S.1 lit a DSGVO - siehe „Bildaufnahmen“). Für Unfälle, Diebstähle und Schäden aller Art übernimmt der Veranstalter keine Haftung. Kinder und Jugendliche unter 18 Jahren müssen die Einwilligung eines Erziehungsberechtigten vorweisen (Unterschrift).
Bildaufnahmen:
Wir machen während bzw. von der Veranstaltung Bildaufnahmen im Rahmen der gesetzlich zulässigen Grenzen und stellen diese auf unseren Online-Medien ein. Wir verarbeiten Bildaufnahmen der Veranstaltung, auf der einzelne Personen identifizierbar sein können, auf Basis eines berechtigten Interesses gemäß Art.6 Abs.1 S.1 lit. f DSGVO. Das berechtigte Interesse liegt darin in der Berichterstattung rund um unsere Laufveranstaltung. Bildaufnahmen, auf denen einzelne Personen frontal zu sehen sind, verarbeiten wir nur auf Basis einer Einwilligung nach Art.6 Abs.1 S.1 lit a DSGVO. Die Bilder werden in verschiedenen Medien, auch Sozialen Netzwerken, veröffentlicht, wo sie potentiell unbegrenzt gespeichert bleiben. Sie können Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung oder Einschränkung der Verarbeitung von uns verlangen, oder Widerspruch aus persönlichen Gründen gegen die berechtigten Interessen erheben. Dazu können Sie sich auch bei der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren.

Umfang der Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten: Wir erheben und verarbeiten Ihre personenbezogenen Daten grundsätzlich nur, soweit dies nach Art.6 Abs.1 S.1 lit. b DSGVO zur Durchführung der Veranstaltung und der damit verbundenen Leistungen erforderlich ist. Auf Basis von Art.6 Abs.1 S.1 lit. f DSGVO verarbeiten wir die Ergebnislisten. Diese veröffentlichen wir im Anschluss an die Veranstaltung zum Zwecke der Berichterstattung an Teilnehmer, Presse sowie Interessierte auf unseren eigenen Medien-Kanälen und innerhalb der Sportverbände und der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. Auf gleicher Basis wird Bildmaterial der Veranstaltung veröffentlicht. Die Verwendung personenbezogener Daten darüber hinaus erfolgt nach Art.6 Abs.1 S.1 lit. a DSGVO regelmäßig nur nach Ihrer Einwilligung, etwa wenn Sie der Zusendung von Newslettern mittels E-Mail zugestimmt haben. Ihre Einwilligung können Sie jederzeit mit Nachricht an den Verantwortlichen widerrufen. Eine Ausnahme gilt in solchen Fällen, in denen eine vorherige Einholung einer Einwilligung aus tatsächlichen Gründen nicht möglich ist und die Verarbeitung der Daten durch gesetzliche Vorschriften gestattet ist, etwa in medizinischen Notfällen oder zur Erfüllung rechtlicher Verpflichtungen wie etwa handels- oder steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften oder auf Basis eines berechtigten Interesses, z.B. für Sponsoring und Bekanntmachung von Folgeveranstaltungen.
Speicherung: Ihre personenbezogenen Daten werden gelöscht oder gesperrt, sobald der Zweck der Speicherung entfällt. Eine Speicherung kann darüber hinaus erfolgen, wenn dies durch den europäischen oder nationalen Gesetzgeber in unionsrechtlichen Verordnungen, Gesetzen oder sonstigen Vorschriften, denen wir unterliegen, vorgesehen wurde. Eine Sperrung oder Löschung der Daten erfolgt auch dann, wenn eine durch die genannten Normen vorgeschriebene Speicherfrist abläuft, es sei denn, dass eine Erforderlichkeit zur weiteren Speicherung der Daten für einen Vertragsabschluss oder eine Vertragserfüllung besteht.
Ihre Rechte: Im Rahmen der DSGVO haben Sie verschiedene Rechte hinsichtlich Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten, die wir verarbeiten. 1. scope and organizer
1.1 The following terms and conditions of participation apply to the event 18. Freigerichter Benzing Lauf 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "event").
1.2 The organizer of the respective event is Lauftreff Freigericht e.V. (hereinafter referred to as "organizer", "we" or "us").
1.3 The Terms and Conditions of Participation apply in the version valid at the time of registration and form part of the contract between the Organizer and the participants.
2. Registration, conclusion of contract, participation fees and services
2.1 The subject matter of the contract is the organization of the respective event in accordance with the published announcement.
2.2 Registration shall take place exclusively via the officially advertised registration systems up to the respective stated registration deadline and only as long as the maximum number of participants has not been reached.
2.3 The contract shall come into effect upon receipt of the registration confirmation by email.
2.4 If the maximum number of participants is reached before the registration deadline, the registration shall be closed prematurely. There is no entitlement to participation.
2.5 All information relevant to the event will be sent by email to the address provided during registration in good time before the event.
2.6 Registrations by minors or persons with limited legal capacity may only be made by their legal representatives. A consent and release from liability signed by the legal representative must be submitted before the start of the event. Participation or collection of event documents is only possible in the presence of a legal representative or upon presentation of a corresponding power of attorney.
2.7 The participation fee shown on the registration form shall apply. This fee and fees for additional services must be paid immediately after registration by SEPA direct debit or credit card.
2.8 Withdrawal by the participant - for whatever reason - or a no-show shall not entitle the participant to a refund of the participation fee or other fees. The same applies in the event of exclusion or disqualification.
2.9 Transfer of registration to third parties is excluded, unless otherwise stipulated in the invitation to tender. The collection of event documents by third parties is only possible with written authorization and presentation of the registration confirmation.
2.10 Cancellation of the event (force majeure): If the event cannot be held for reasons of force majeure or official order for which the organizer is not responsible (e.g. severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, terror, war), the starting or participation place can be transferred to a subsequent event, provided there is capacity. Alternatively, the participation fee will be refunded, but not the stated organizational and preparation costs.
2.11 Cancellation or modification of the event: If the event is canceled prematurely for the reasons stated in 2.10 or its implementation is changed (e.g. change of route, schedule adjustment, format change), there is no entitlement to a refund or compensation.
2.12 If the number of participants has to be reduced for official or safety-related reasons, admission will be granted according to the time of receipt of the registration. Affected participants will be informed immediately.
3. Eligibility, rules and health requirements
3.1 Any person who meets the requirements specified in the announcement (e.g. minimum age, qualifications) and is not subject to a participation or starting ban is eligible to participate.
3.2 By registering, the participant acknowledges the applicable event rules, implementation regulations and any relevant association or sports regulations, insofar as these are stated in the invitation to tender.
3.3 Participation is strictly personal. Passing on start numbers, participant IDs or access data will result in exclusion and possibly further sanctions.
3.4 The participant declares that he/she is in good health to take part in the event. In the event of health risks or signs of indisposition, participation must be refrained from or participation must be discontinued immediately.
3.5 In the event of known illnesses or health restrictions that require special medical care, participation is at the participant's own risk, unless expressly prohibited by the organizer in advance.
3.6 The participant is responsible for the proper, functional and safe condition of the equipment, materials or aids used.
3.7 Where provided, start numbers, participant identification or proof of access must be worn or used visibly, unchanged and in accordance with the event rules. Participation or classification may be excluded without valid identification.
3.8 Shortening routes, using unauthorized aids, unauthorized support from third parties and violations of applicable fair play, anti-doping or participation regulations are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
3.9 The instructions of the organizer, its employees and any auxiliary persons employed must be followed at all times.
3.10 On public traffic areas, the relevant legal regulations, in particular the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), shall apply - irrespective of route safety or permits.
4. Disqualification and ban on participation
4.1 Violations of these Conditions of Participation, of event rules or of the organizer's instructions may result in exclusion or disqualification, in particular in the following cases
- unsportsmanlike or grossly disorderly conduct
- violations of rules or participation
- doping or manipulation violations
- unauthorized assistance
- passing on or manipulation of start numbers or participation entitlements
- shortening or unauthorized alteration of the route
- disregard of the organizer's instructions
4.2 The organizer is entitled to impose a temporary or permanent ban on participation in future events in the event of serious or repeated violations.
4.3 Results and rankings will be published. Objections must be made in text form within 24 hours of publication.
5. Image and sound recordings
5.1 Photographs, videos and sound recordings will be made as part of the event.
5.2 The participant agrees that these recordings may be used for editorial, documentary and commercial purposes without restriction in terms of time, space and content.
5.3 The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. In the case of minors, the consent of the legal representative is required.
6. Liability
6.1 The organizer is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health.
6.2 In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
6.3 No liability is assumed for items, equipment or valuables brought along, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
7. Right of withdrawal
A right of withdrawal does not exist in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB.
8. Data protection
8.1 The processing of personal data is carried out for the execution of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
8.2 Result lists and participant lists may - if relevant for the event - contain and be published in particular surname, first name, year of birth, gender, club/team, start number, placings or results.
8.3 Contact details will only be passed on to third parties with express consent.

9. Final provisions
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
9.2 Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
