RSC Waldkirchen Schutz- und Hygienekonzept für das KaroliRADo CC- MTB Rennen am 19.09.2021mit Ostbayrischer Meisterschaft
Liebe Teilnehmer, Helfer und Gäste des KaroliRADo in Waldkirchen, aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie und des Bayerischen Infektionsschutzgesetzes (IfSG) ist es in diesem Jahr erforderlich folgendes Schutz- und Hygienekonzept zu erlassen.
Wir bitten alle teilnehmenden Sportler, Helfer und Gäste das Schutz- und Hygienekonzept genau durchzulesen und die Schutzmaßnahmen sowie die Verhaltensregeln während des Wettkampfes und während des Aufenthaltes vor Ort Waldkirchen entsprechend zu befolgen.
Mit Zufahrt zum Veranstaltungsgelände verpflichten sich alle Teilnehmer zur Einhaltung der aufgeführten Regeln. Bei Zuwiderhandlung ist die Veranstaltung umgehend zu verlassen!
Aktuelle Situation:
Die Inzidenzwerte im Landkreis Freyung-Grafenau liegen derzeit stabil unter der 50er Inzidenzmarke, somit ist für die Teilnehmer und Zuschauer KEINE Testpflicht erforderlich. Bei einer Veränderung der Inzidenzlage und entsprechender Rahmenbedingungen werden wir alle Besucher informieren!
Anmeldung:
Die Anmeldung findet ausschließlich online als Voranmeldung statt, Nachmeldungen vor Ort sind nicht möglich.
Wettkampf:
Am Wettkampf dürfen nur Sportler teilnehmen, welche folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:
Es dürfen keine gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen oder Krankheitssymptome vorliegen, man darf sich nicht in Quarantäne befinden. Alle müssen sich zur Einhaltung der Hygienemaßnahmen verpflichten. Sportler aus Risikogruppen im Sinne der Empfehlung des Robert-Koch-Institutes sollten Ihre Teilnahme vorab mit ihrem Hausarzt besprechen. Man darfin den letzten 14 Tagen vor dem Austragungstermin keinen bewussten Kontakt zu positiv COVID-19 getesteten Personen haben und innerhalb der letzten 14 Tage nicht in einem Risikogebiet gewesen sein.
(3) Die Teilnehmer werden über die Hygienevorschriften bei der Online Anmeldung informiert.
(4) Der Heimverein ist berechtigt bei Nicht-Beachtung der Hygienevorschriften einzelne Personen vom Wettkampf auszuschließen und von seinem Hausrecht Gebrauch zu machen.
(5) Anfahrt/ Parken: Fahrgemeinschaften sollen vermieden werden. Parkplätze sind ausgeschildert.
Es wird kein Fahrerlager mit Teamzelten am RSC Gelände geben (Gruppenbildung). Die Anfahrtszeiten sollen sich nach den Startzeiten der jeweiligen Kategorien richten. Das Abreisen soll unmittelbar nach dem Wettkampf bzw. der Siegerehrung erfolgen
(6) Dokumentation/ Kontaktdatenerfassung: Angemeldete Sportler sowie Helfer des Vereins sind bereits registriert und dokumentiert (Name, Adresse, Telefon und Email) und müssen nicht mehr vor Ort registriert werden
(7) Auf dem Gelände gilt: Sportler, Trainer, Betreuer und Helfer die Krankheitssymptome aufweisen, wird das Betreten des Geländes untersagt. Mindestabstand 1,5 Meter. FFP2 Maskenpflicht Auch für Sportler vor und nach dem Wettkampf am RSC Gelände (im Alter von 6-15 Jahren ist eine medizinische Maske ausreichend.) Auf dem Gelände wird durch Beschilderung auf die Hygienemaßnahmen hingewiesen Eine Händedesinfektion wird beim Eintritt bereitgestellt. Die Sportler werden kurz vor dem Wettkampf aufgefordert zum Start zu gehen, erst dann wird die FFP2 Maske abgenommen Auch bei der Siegerehrung gilt Maskenpflicht Bei der Siegerehrung erfolgt kein Körperkontakt zwischen Sportler und Funktionäre. Sollten Personen während des Aufenthalts auf der Sportanlage Symptome entwickeln, wie z. B. Fieber oder Atemwegsbeschwerden, so haben diese umgehend die Sportanlage bzw. Sportstätte zu verlassen bzw. hat eine räumliche Absonderung zu erfolgen, bis die Person, z. B. ein Kind, abgeholt werden bzw. den Heimweg antreten kann.
(8) Umkleidekabinen und Duschen: möglich, da Einzelduschen
(9) Sanitärräumen (WC): hier besteht die Möglichkeit zum Händewaschen und zur Händedesinfektion, diese Räume können nur in begrenzter Anzahl betreten werden. Es erfolgt eine regelmäßige Reinigung.
(10) Händedesinfektion: Die Möglichkeit zur Handdesinfektion bestehen zusätzlich an zentralen Punkten, Abfalleimer werden in kurzen Intervallen (ca. alle zwei Stunden) gelehrt und die Abfälle sicher entfernt.
(11) Getränkeflaschen: Es sind nur personalisierte Getränkeflaschen zu benutzen. Bitte beschriftet Eure Getränkeflaschen mit Eurem Namen.
(12) Erste-Hilfe: hierzu steht der Malteser Hilfsdienst bereit.
(13) Startnummernausgabe: Die Startnummernausgabe erfolgt im Freien, nur für vorangemeldete Teilnehmer (Nachmeldungen sind nicht möglich) Es besteht Maskenpflicht beim Abholen der Starterunterlagen.
(14) Siegerehrung: Auf eine normale Siegerehrung wird verzichtet. Lediglich die Platzierungen 1-3 werden kurz geehrt. Auch hier besteht Maskenpflicht, die Abstandsregeln sind einzuhalten. Shakehands oder Umarmungen sind zu unterlassen. Die Siegerehrung der Klassen U7-U13 sind nur mit Maske erlaubt.
(15) Ordner: Auf dem gesamten Sportgelände stehen Ordner bereit, welche die Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Abstandmaßnahmen kontrollieren und ggf. darauf hinweisen.
1. Alle Teilnehmer/-innen erklären mit Teilnahme am Rennen die Einhaltung der aktuellen bay. Corona Schutzmaßnahmen, Infos unter https://www.stmgp.bayern.de/coronavirus/massnahmen/ 2. Ebenso bestätigt der Teilnehmer, dass er bei bester Gesundheit ist und erklärt hiermit, dass sie/er in den letzten 14 Tagen vor dem Austragungstermin keinen bewussten Kontakt zu positiv COVID-19 getesteten Personen hatte.
3. Ferner sind folgende Voraussetzungen zu erfüllen: a. es dürfen keine gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen oder Krankheitssymptome vorliegen b. der/die Teilnehmer/-in darf sich nicht in Quarantäne befinden c. er/sie verpflichtet sich zur Einhaltung der Hygienemaßnahmen
4. Sollten Krankheitssymptome irgendwelcher Art (Husten, Schnupfen usw.) bei Sportlern oder Betreuern und Helfern bestehen, ist es Pflicht der Veranstaltung fern zu bleiben.
5. Sollten Personen während des Aufenthalts auf der Sportanlage Symptome entwickeln, wie z. B. Fieber oder Atemwegsbeschwerden, so haben diese umgehend die Sportanlage bzw. Sportstätte zu verlassen bzw. hat eine räumliche Absonderung zu erfolgen, bis die Person, z. B. ein Kind, abgeholt werden bzw. den Heimweg antreten kann.
6Per Anmeldung wird unter gesundheitlichen Aspekten auf alle Schadenersatzansprüche gegenüber dem Veranstalter und von beauftragten Dritten verzichtet. Sportler aus Risikogruppen im Sinne der Empfehlung des Robert-Koch-Institutes sollten ihre Teilnahme vorab mit ihrem Hausarzt besprechen, bzw. sollten der Veranstaltung fernbleiben.
7. Die Regeln des Veranstalters sind zu respektieren, sie sind Teil seines Schutzkonzepts, dank dem die Veranstaltung überhaupt genehmigt wurde. Ich habe die vorgenannten Bedingungen zur Kenntnis genommen und bestätige explizit, dass ich die aufgeführte Verpflichtungserklärung erfüllen kann. Die Zustimmung erfolgt bei Anmeldung zur Veranstaltung-
1. scope and organizer
1.1 The following terms and conditions of participation apply to the event RSC KaroliRADo 2021 (hereinafter referred to as "event").
1.2 The organizer of the respective event is RSC Waldkirchen (hereinafter referred to as "organizer", "we" or "us").
1.3 The Terms and Conditions of Participation apply in the version valid at the time of registration and form part of the contract between the Organizer and the participants.
2. Registration, conclusion of contract, participation fees and services
2.1 The subject matter of the contract is the organization of the respective event in accordance with the published announcement.
2.2 Registration shall take place exclusively via the officially advertised registration systems up to the respective stated registration deadline and only as long as the maximum number of participants has not been reached.
2.3 The contract shall come into effect upon receipt of the registration confirmation by email.
2.4 If the maximum number of participants is reached before the registration deadline, the registration shall be closed prematurely. There is no entitlement to participation.
2.5 All information relevant to the event will be sent by email to the address provided during registration in good time before the event.
2.6 Registrations by minors or persons with limited legal capacity may only be made by their legal representatives. A consent and release from liability signed by the legal representative must be submitted before the start of the event. Participation or collection of event documents is only possible in the presence of a legal representative or upon presentation of a corresponding power of attorney.
2.7 The participation fee shown on the registration form shall apply. This fee and fees for additional services must be paid immediately after registration by SEPA direct debit or credit card.
2.8 Withdrawal by the participant - for whatever reason - or a no-show shall not entitle the participant to a refund of the participation fee or other fees. The same applies in the event of exclusion or disqualification.
2.9 Transfer of registration to third parties is excluded, unless otherwise stipulated in the invitation to tender. The collection of event documents by third parties is only possible with written authorization and presentation of the registration confirmation.
2.10 Cancellation of the event (force majeure): If the event cannot be held for reasons of force majeure or official order for which the organizer is not responsible (e.g. severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, terror, war), the starting or participation place can be transferred to a subsequent event, provided there is capacity. Alternatively, the participation fee will be refunded, but not the stated organizational and preparation costs.
2.11 Cancellation or modification of the event: If the event is canceled prematurely for the reasons stated in 2.10 or its implementation is changed (e.g. change of route, schedule adjustment, format change), there is no entitlement to a refund or compensation.
2.12 If the number of participants has to be reduced for official or safety-related reasons, admission will be granted according to the time of receipt of the registration. Affected participants will be informed immediately.
3. Eligibility, rules and health requirements
3.1 Any person who meets the requirements specified in the announcement (e.g. minimum age, qualifications) and is not subject to a participation or starting ban is eligible to participate.
3.2 By registering, the participant acknowledges the applicable event rules, implementation regulations and any relevant association or sports regulations, insofar as these are stated in the invitation to tender.
3.3 Participation is strictly personal. Passing on start numbers, participant IDs or access data will result in exclusion and possibly further sanctions.
3.4 The participant declares that he/she is in good health to take part in the event. In the event of health risks or signs of indisposition, participation must be refrained from or participation must be discontinued immediately.
3.5 In the event of known illnesses or health restrictions that require special medical care, participation is at the participant's own risk, unless expressly prohibited by the organizer in advance.
3.6 The participant is responsible for the proper, functional and safe condition of the equipment, materials or aids used.
3.7 Where provided, start numbers, participant identification or proof of access must be worn or used visibly, unchanged and in accordance with the event rules. Participation or classification may be excluded without valid identification.
3.8 Shortening routes, using unauthorized aids, unauthorized support from third parties and violations of applicable fair play, anti-doping or participation regulations are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
3.9 The instructions of the organizer, its employees and any auxiliary persons employed must be followed at all times.
3.10 On public traffic areas, the relevant legal regulations, in particular the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), shall apply - irrespective of route safety or permits.
4. Disqualification and ban on participation
4.1 Violations of these Conditions of Participation, of event rules or of the organizer's instructions may result in exclusion or disqualification, in particular in the following cases
- unsportsmanlike or grossly disorderly conduct
- violations of rules or participation
- doping or manipulation violations
- unauthorized assistance
- passing on or manipulation of start numbers or participation entitlements
- shortening or unauthorized alteration of the route
- disregard of the organizer's instructions
4.2 The organizer is entitled to impose a temporary or permanent ban on participation in future events in the event of serious or repeated violations.
4.3 Results and rankings will be published. Objections must be made in text form within 24 hours of publication.
5. Image and sound recordings
5.1 Photographs, videos and sound recordings will be made as part of the event.
5.2 The participant agrees that these recordings may be used for editorial, documentary and commercial purposes without restriction in terms of time, space and content.
5.3 The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. In the case of minors, the consent of the legal representative is required.
6. Liability
6.1 The organizer is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health.
6.2 In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
6.3 No liability is assumed for items, equipment or valuables brought along, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
7. Right of withdrawal
A right of withdrawal does not exist in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB.
8. Data protection
8.1 The processing of personal data is carried out for the execution of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
8.2 Result lists and participant lists may - if relevant for the event - contain and be published in particular surname, first name, year of birth, gender, club/team, start number, placings or results.
8.3 Contact details will only be passed on to third parties with express consent.

9. Final provisions
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
9.2 Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
