Description
100 Km Rundtour in der inneren Fränkischen Schweiz, bestehend aus 7 (gebürgigen:) Abschnitten: zum Fern*Wandern, XXL*Hiking oder Ultra*Trailrunning:
FS 100 split -> 2 oder 3 Etappen (über 7 markante hills = 7up;)
FS 100 challenge -> max. 24 Stunden (dein Mammut*Marsch) bzw. ca. 12 Stunden (dein Hekto*Run).
