Die Marathon-Laufstrecke führt auf zwei Runden durch die Stadtteile Waldau, Bettenhausen, Unterneustadt, Nord (Holland), Rothenditmold, Kirchditmold, Vorderer Westen, Mitte, Süd.
Der Halbmarathon führt über eine Runde auf der Marathon-Strecke.
Die Höhenmeter belaufen sich beim Halbmarathon auf ca. 125 hm und beim Marathon auf ca. 250 hm.
