Walking als (kleine;) individuelle Herausforderung, mit oder ohne Stöcke, auf zertifizierten Rundstrecken * dabei geht es nicht (nur:) um das höchste Tempo, sondern (auch) um die Regelmäßigkeit - als Prävention, beim Rehasport und einfach just for health & just for fun!! :-)
